In property transaction, Panta Neos team will do all procedural and paper work including document preparation, notarization, and etc.
Panta Neos can leaseback the property for the clients who purchased it. The clients will receive 4.5% fixed annual rental return on the investment for 9 years. Also, Panta Neos will manage and maintain the property after sales, which includes taking care of the exterior and interior of the building, paying utilities and the related taxes, managing tenants, and etc.
If the clients would like to sell the property for any reason, Panta Neos can help facilitate the transaction or even buyback the property from the clients directly.
