Dr. Alexandros Karakitis is the In-House Counsel of Panta Neos, specializing in tax, immigration and administrative law in Greece. Karakitis has more than 20 years of experience advising multinational corporations, family businesses and individuals on inbound investments, outbound investments and transactions. He is also experienced in supporting executive assignees with immigration and ongoing compliance procedures.

In addition to his work with Panta Neos, Karakitis is the founding partner of Karakitis Tax & Law. Prior to establishing his law firm, Karakitis had been, until 2015, an international tax partner of EY and, until 2017, the head of the tax and immigration services of Karageorgiou & Associates Law Firm.

Karakitis holds a juris doctor in international tax law from the University of Tübingen, a post-graduate degree in European law from Saarland University, and a law degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
