Wen-Lee is a Partner at Panta Neos, an Athens, Greece-based residential real estate developer. He was a Managing Director of Extell NYRC and grew the business in Asia into an investment vehicle that financed approximately 4.5 billion USD of real estate assets in Manhattan.

Wen-Lee was also Managing Director for GPH, a real estate marketing firm servicing Asia-Pacific buyers of residential properties in key global markets, having represented projects over 1 billion USD in value.

Wen-Lee is a Venture Partner and Special Adviser to a family office servicing families with listed entities that have a collective market cap over $100 billion USD. He is particularly well-versed in China outbound investment activity and has been interviewed by and contributed for the BBC World News along with publications like the Pinkwater Report.

He has also been a speaker at Asia’s largest TEDx forum, a panelist for numerous cross border investment or immigration summits, and a curator of numerous conferences, forums, and panels that have targeted both industry professionals and scholars alike.

Mr. Ying holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. He is a native English speaker and fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
